"YOLO" - You only live once, so make it count!

Have you ever thought about life?

Does my life have purpose?

Why am I here? Who created me?

If this is all there is to life? Being born, working, and dying? Is this it?

Am I living this one life to its fullest potential?

Am I living out what I was created for?

We hear the words, live it up… drink it down!

YOLO! You only live once – so do it!

But what about death?

Have you given it any thought?

Is there life after this?

The thing about death is that you never know when it is going to happen!

When will I breathe my last breath? Drink my last cup? Sing my last lullaby?

We will never really know!

What if I told you that we were not just living to die?

What if I told you that you were created with purpose for a purpose?

What if I told you that your Creator made a way for you to be with Himself forever marking out the road for you to follow into eternity?

The answer to all of these questions is Jesus!

I refuse to be like the world living in spiritual poverty – drink this! Take that! Weigh less!

I will take a stand and be different!

I will dress modest rather than show off “what my momma gave me!”

I will spend time in church rather than in clubs!

I will be on my knees in prayer rather than begging for my next dose!

I will thirst for the things of God rather than live life from a bottle!

I will know my worth in my Savior rather than seek value in possessions, a degree, or a career!

I will not settle for ordinary when I serve an extra ordinary God!

Why? Because He is my purpose. He is the reason I wake up in the morning and He is the reason that I have breath in my lunges!

The interesting fact about “YOLO” (You only live once) is that it is true!

You do only live once on this earth.

All we have is today to make the right choices!

The best choice to make is Jesus!

After this life we either end up forever and ever with Jesus or forever and ever without Him.

Choose today whom you will serve!

You only live once so make it count!
